I am the Light
The light is within me
The light moves throughout me
The light surrounds me
The light protects me
I am the light
Restore the original joy
Gold stands for light
the light of the mind
the flower is the blossoming forth
opening up
of the light of the mind
the awakening of the real self
Goal 1-restore the original God given spirit...original joy...a state of beingness
